My go to burger place in Cleveland. It's so delicious and the staff is lovely. The burgers are cooked as ordered, the buns are fresh and the onions are crunchy good. I am particular when it comes to fries and Heck's are very good. They also make an excellent old-fashioned. The burger and fries serving is big enough for a take away snack. I discovered something new the last time I was there. I doused my french fries with malt vinegar before I packed them up to take home. The next day I warmed them in the oven and they were crispy on the outside and soft and vinegary on the inside. Yum!

Hecks Café is such a cute spot! This place is very trendy and hipster and if you are an out of towner this is a great place to check out. It is a bit more on the pricey side but in my option the quality is there. Food: Salmon Burger 8/10 It's shredded salmon not a patty - which is weird because they asked me how I wanted it cooked - I said medium it was a bit on the soggy side. The waitress warned us an said people found it salty so I asked for no seasoning and just the sause it came with on the side and I thought it was great. I would order it again- but next time well done so it's not soggy. Truffle Fries 10/10 These were a table favorite! They are real fresh potatoes and are rich in truffle flavor no dipping necessary! Heck Burger 10/10 Cooked to my husbands specifications and fresh! Salmon entree 8/10 Falafel burger 10/10 Slightly spicy but filling and homemade! All in all we enjoyed our meal there and the waitress was outstanding and paced our courses well and kept our drinks above 1/2 the entire time. I recommend a nice meal here :)

This was our third visit and we were extremely happy once again. The food was very good and the service is outstanding! I had a great burger this time. I don't remember its name but it had a number of seasonings that are untypical for a burger. I have had their ABC omelette and it was great. Parking can be tricky and you may have to walk a bit. After lunch a little walk felt pretty good.

Fascinating concepts on cocktails - yet Ice as if from a hotel ice machine. While the concepts were good, their libations fell short when ice began to melt away its punch of their desired flavor. Food: Brussel Serrano Caesar Salad, was simply a Caesar salad, with tidbits of Brussels sprouts, not a Serrano to be found or tasted in the dressing. If you love Parmesan, order it - that was the best part. Steak & Potato Soup - intriguing, and delicious! Mushroom Ravioli - equally delicious, but you must love Goat cheese - was a smidge overwhelming. Ravioli was filled generously with mushrooms and topped with more mush rooms! Love! Cioppinno, the special was the hit of our evening. Could do without the shrimp, but everything else was on point! We were skeptical about ordering the sweet burger, I mean we were really fascinated about its preparation. Our waitress quickly rerouted our decision to the bread pudding - wow, glad she did!! Tasty! Could do without all the whip cream! Would definitely recommend.

Baklava French toast - really good! The cream cheese has orange zest which went really well with the walnuts.

The Salomon burger was the bomb! Cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly. And the truffle fries were good too. I will definitely be back to get another one and to try other items on the menu. The service was speedy, professional and super pleasant, Paige did an amazing job!! The restaurant itself is very cute and aesthetically pleasing, modern and cozy. Perfect for birthday brunches or a cute date spot. I definitely recommend trying this place.

We were looking for brunch on a Sunday. We were at a nearby location and something was off as we waited to be seated/acknowledged for a while. We decided to walk down the street and try Heck's. We were able to get a table at Heck's with ease. It's a much larger space than anticipated. Service was welcoming and attentive. I ordered the champignon omelet. I was a bit worried about the dill being overpowering but the goat cheese helped. The toast was a bun of sorts, which I found too hard. I enjoyed the cantaloupe that were included. Successful Saturday brunch.
